What We Do

At TEDIF, we focus on creating practical impact through programs that support education, youth empowerment, and community welfare

Our initiatives are designed to respond to real needs, from helping children access learning materials to equipping young people with skills that promote independence and growth. We go beyond temporary support by creating opportunities that build confidence, restore dignity, and encourage long term development.

Through every program, our goal is simple, to help individuals move from limitation to possibility.

Empowering young people with practical, income-generating skills to build confidence, independence, and sustainable livelihoods.

Across underserved communities, many young people are eager to build better futures but lack access to structured training, mentorship, and resources. This gap limits their ability to become self-reliant and economically independent.

Helping children return to school prepared, confident, and equipped with essential learning materials.

For many children in underserved communities, returning to school without basic learning materials creates a barrier to confidence, participation, and academic success. Some children begin the term already behind due to lack of support.

Promoting dignity, confidence, and uninterrupted education through menstrual health support and awareness.

Menstrual health challenges continue to affect the confidence, education, and well-being of many young girls. Limited access to sanitary products, combined with stigma and lack of awareness, often leads to absenteeism and discomfort.

A long-term empowerment vision focused on structured training, mentorship, and sustainable transformation.

While short-term programs provide immediate support, long-term transformation requires structure, consistency, and deeper investment. Many young individuals need more than temporary interventions; they need an environment that supports continuous growth and development.

What They Are Talking About The Esther Daniels Ikeme Foundation (TEDIF)

I learnt a lot and enjoyed it. It was fun

Cephas Benedicta

(girl)

I enjoyed the program because you didn’t only enlighten girls, but you also enlightened boys, and TEDIF has done what many foundations have not done so far. It was amazing

Abbas Ojonugwa

(boy)

“I learnt a lot and now I know better how to take care of myself during menstruation. Thank you to TEDIF for bringing this program to school to inform us on this.

Taofeek Fathia

(girl)

The best part was that TEDIF informed boys about menstruation, and now we can help our female friends when they need it. TEDIF is the best, thank you
