Esther Daniel Ikeme
Founder & CEO
Esther Daniel Ikeme is a youth advocate, social impact leader, and the founder of TEDIF. She began her journey at just 20 years old, driven by a vision to create positive change for children and young people affected by poverty, limited access to education, and social inequality.
Now, at 23, Esther has transformed TEDIF from small outreach initiatives into a structured foundation impacting multiple communities through education, welfare, and empowerment programs. Her work proves that age is no barrier to meaningful change—with compassion, consistency, and courage, anyone can make a difference.
Esther believes that young people are not just the leaders of tomorrow—they are the changemakers of today. Through TEDIF, she inspires other young people to take action, showing that even small beginnings can grow into life-changing impact.

Founder Message
“TEDIF was born from the simple idea that everyone deserves a chance, especially children and young people who are often overlooked. Being young has not limited our impact; it has shaped it. We lead with heart, integrity, and a deep sense of responsibility to the communities we serve.”By Esther Daniel Ikeme
